1) Size Exchange (subject to stock availability)
2) Wrong/Incorrect item received
3) Faulty or Defective items
NO RETURN ITEM, NO EXCHANGE DESIGN AND NO REFUND CASH ALLOWED !
All defective item will only Return Store Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND)
To start an exchange, you can message us at IG/FB inbox
* To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unwashed, and in its original packaging.
* Strictly no exchange or return for SALES ITEM / BEST BUY / DISCOUNTED ITEMS
* Exchange is only allowed to be made ONE TIME ONLY. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send us the tracking number after you’ve posted the item for our reference.
* The Return/Exchange department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will take around 2-3 working days to process your exchange.
* All return items which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
* We reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NOTES
** There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products as each design might have different measurements.
** Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. This is not considered a defect.
** For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece. This is not considered a defect.
